She's so adorable Dave! Don't you just want to eat her up? This was her favorite toy all afternoon... the FISH FOOD! She would find it and get her little baby hands on it! She even put it in her little stroller and walked it around! Of course she spilled it a dozen times! Poor Charlie!
She wasn't so sure about this swing! We'll have to try it a couple more times!
This is one of the gifts that your mom sent down with Emily. I set it aside to open up with them when it warmed up a bit - but now that I have had a minute to think about it I think I am going to exchange it. I know the kids love mud, but I know I am just going to have to tell them "No" all the time. I actually can't think of when would be a good time to play with this toy! Not even by the pool, because I'm sure you don't want mud in the pool. I know I am being a real stick-in-the-mud...
We made a mailbox today out of an old apple snacks box. We're going to put it upstairs between their two rooms and we'll wait and see if they get any mail. :)
- They worked diligently while I emptied the dishwasher & while Stella napped. I was happy to see them get along for the entire project. (2.5 minutes!)
Henry playing with his little puzzle town that he painted while we were up at Grandma's. He is really going nuts for puzzles lately!

Singing Happy Birthday to Stella!

Happy Birthday dear Stella!

Big news from the Bauer House

Estelle Viola is 1 today! Happy Birthday baby girl!
Sophie Pearl lost her first baby tooth!

She was so happy!

We miss you so much Dave!

I sent Sophie downstairs to pour herself a bowl of cereal and when I came down she explained that when she tried to eat it her tooth hurt, so she put it in the fridge for Henry. She put a note next to it so he would find it. How cute is that?
One of the moms who visited this week brought over a little box of munchkin donuts. I went into the kitchen and found the box taped shut. Henry explained that he did that because you are not supposed to eat too many of them and he had enough!

He spent the whole day in these red jammies.

This is a picture of the ladies that came over tonight. Cheryl, Kimberly, Kathy, Kristen, Terri, Susan (who can make chicken) and Becci. It was a really nice night, totally worth picking up the toys off the floor for! We talked about that documentary that you started to watch last week. The kids stayed upstairs too!
Sissy @ TKD

She got separated from the other kids because she is only a white belt, but in her little group the teacher kept using her as an example for the other two kids to learn from. She did great!

This is sissy getting black tape for having the best balance out of all of the students in the class. The teacher had them balance on one foot and when they fell over he made them sit down. She outlasted everyone. She was a rock! It was awesome!

We passed the time in the waiting room by singing songs while tickling his belly. We'll have to show you how we do '5 little monkeys jumping on the bed...' He made me do it 10x
Estelle just waited patiently in her little stroller, munching on yogurt melts. What a sweetie!

Poor Henry didn't feel good. This is us at the doctor's office waiting for Dr. Idris.
Isn't he so precious?

A bunch of the kittens in front of the Enterprise Space Shuttle. If you look at Sissy's hand you can see the little yellow cards that all the kids had. I printed out pictures from the exhibits and the kids had to try to find them in the museum. They had so much fun!
Henry wanted to take a picture in front of this 'shiny' plane. He was wearing his 'bi-nock-lee-ers" and searching for the planes in the scavenger hunt.

She found it so funny that she was able to throw her own leg over this motorcycle! Isn't she adorable?

She's on the mover

Poor Stella's getting more teeth in and likes to chew on just about anything. She found a wooden train to chomp on. Isn't she so cute Dave?

Playdate

Henry had his little friends over this morning for a playgroup. You can see Natalie (mom to James and Matt) behind him & Cheryl holding Asher. He had a great time playing with his buddies.

The new view.

Thought you might like so see the new view in the backyard. We're going to have lots of sun this year!

Hey Dave! I took those nice photos that we pulled out and scanned them into the computer. I printed them out all in sepia tone with fancy borders and put them on the fridge. Look at the cute young married couple - what are they getting themselves into?? :)
I went upstairs to put Stella down for her afternoon nap and when I came back down it was suspiciously quiet! Henry had fallen asleep right in the middle of the play room - right on the floor. Poor little fella!

We love you daddy!!

Check out the new grill! Check out Dave reading the instructions! teeheehee!
